The Job Role - The list building & data mining role will include online research of relevant businesses and individuals, including their contact details, and executing marketing campaigns. Target list audience is small business owners in US, UK and Australia looking to outsource work to India.

Job Requirements- Please apply ONLY if you can demonstrate the skills to perform the below activities:

  • Generate leads through data mining - You should be able to mine and generate at least 10 good quality leads per day.
  • Build, update and maintain clean and accurate database / CRM
  • Use various mining techniques to build relevant lists from publicly available data.
  • Research professional activity to grow the database
  • Source contact details for relevant individuals and businesses
  • Prepare marketing lists based on segmentation requirements
  • Execute email-marketing campaigns on time on a weekly basis
  • Work closely with the Sales team in UK and US.
  • Ability to demonstrate data research and commercial acumen is absolute must
  • Experience in research and excel data management is highly desirable
  • Fully proficient in spoken and written English.

The Job Role - The Digital Marketing expert develops content and manages its search appearance across digital and social media thereby generating leads for the Sales team.

Job Requirements- Please apply ONLY if you can demonstrate the skills to perform the below activities:

  • Generate leads through digital marketing - including but not limited to Bing Ads, Google Adwords.
  • Strong technical knowledge in such areas as SEO, PPC, HTML and digital design software. Experience of posting content on platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and optimising wordpress landing pages.

  • Managing digital acquisition campaign planning and optimisation, leveraging SEO, website, PPC, Search and Social Media. Developing and uploading digital content as blogs and articles.

  • Google Analytics and data analysis skills. Solid technical hands-on experience across digital channels

  • Responsible for the delivery of strong and effective B2B marketing materials in (sales packs, landing pages, emails, direct mail) to help drive leads and sales

  • Take ownership of the leads list ensuring they are up-to-date and regularly refreshed with new prospects. Developing automation ideas to allow our customers to self serve our products and services. Brand building - utilising marketing techniques across various media including email, social media, online, offline activity to drive conversion.
